1. What does SPG do?

The Strategic performance group is all about personal coaching and business consultancy. In short, we break down the barriers and the “Noise” you tell yourself on a regular bases that make you go off track.  We force you to look in the mirror and make sure you are doing what you need to do on a consistent bases in order to achieve the goals you set for yourself.

2. Who is David Findel?

David Findel is the developer behind SPG’s “Removing the Noise” coaching model. Showing his best colors in leadership development, consultancy and coaching; At the age of 27, David was the founder of one of the East Coast premier mortgage banking firms in which he trained hundreds of top salespeople in becoming top of their field.  David created a culture that has never been duplicated in which “Mediocrity” was unacceptable and “Noise” was never heard.  We are now extremely fortunate that David has brought those very same skills and expertise to SPG.

3. How quickly can I start?

It depends on your needs. Usually for most standard requests we assign a coach to you ASAP.

5. What areas or topics do you specialize in?

Our methodology holds true for permanent changes in all areas of life that a client would choose to focus on in their coaching. Areas can range from the following, but surely not bounded to:

  2. Goal setting and accountability
  3. Well rounded corporate culture
  4. Time Management
  5. Communication with others
  6. Relationship with others
  7. Lifestyle balance
6. How long does the whole process takes?

The process duration depends on the success rate of your business. If you reap generative results in the first phase of the process, ie, “Removing the noise” (lasting 6 calendar months), we will progress to the next stage, “Lifestyle balance and forever Change” that is also designed for 6 months. This means the standard timing for a project is one year.

(If you are feel you are not progressing with the results in the first phase, you will be given free rein to extend the first phase for an additional six months.)

7. Why SPG?

The SPG Coaching model is specific to your unique needs. Unlike other consultancy firms, we do not offer generic solutions to our clients; Also, we differ from the rest in the process we follow. Our first program which encompasses removing the noise, eliminates all the hurdles you are facing in achieving your goals. We believe in building up and cementing a one-on-one relationship with you rather than ringing you just once for motivational conversation or providing you with CD’s to listen to.

8. Who will be coaching me?

David Findel is the lead developer for all of the SPG’s coaching systems. David is the first point of contact and the ultimate resource and as such, he conducts all the in person meetings prior to any recommendations for junior level coaching. David has a team of highly skilled sales trainers and specialty technicians behind him, all working hand in hand to deliver to you the most relevant and up to date information and skill-sets that are geared towards your specific needs. David Findel states; “To be a great coach, it is my responsibility to figure out what each individual needs and I make sure to give it to them.”

 9. Are your programs custom tailored or are they standard?

Generally we follow the same pattern (ie; one-to-one coaching and personal coaching), but the strategies and solutions we devise are tailored to each clients needs.

10. How quickly can I expect results?

The programs are an ongoing process and evaluations are made along the way. Results can be expected by the end of six months, which is the normal time for phase one to be completed.

13. What can I expect in your personal coaching program?

The personal coaching program can take on many forms according to the needs of the client. The coaches at SPG believe in improving performance and supporting the clients in understanding their potential.

14. How many sessions do I get in one-on-one program?

You will get 24 two-hour sessions. The sessions are scheduled each week over a period of 6 months in the phase 1 “Removing the noise” program and this also includes, two weekly phone consultations lasting a minimum of 30 minutes.

In phase 2, “Lifestyle balance and forever change,” you will have a 30 minute call from your coach once a week over the next six month period.

15. Will you be able to help me if I need less hours of consulting?

Yes. We can help you with that. Our coaching programs vary from client to client. Please give us a call at 888-417-5950 and we will discuss your situation and try to find what best suits you.

16. Do you have a program for those on a limited budget? 

All of our programs are tailored to each individuals requirement. We will assess your situation and propose the best program that we can offer, which hopefully falls within your budget. At the heart of it, we are here to help you.

17. Will the information I share with you be kept confidential?

We agree that all of the information that we provide to each other in these sessions shall remain confidential between us. Except as may be required by law or as otherwise permitted in this Agreement, we will not disclose, use, copy, publish, or summarize information about each other in any identifiable manner and all of the information exchanged shall remain confidential.
